The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
4. Eligibility
BizWin Canada is intended exclusively for businesses that have a genuine physical presence within Canada.
By submitting a listing you confirm that:
- your business operates from a legitimate physical Canadian address;
- the information you submit is true, accurate and current;
- you are authorised to represent the business.
Businesses operating solely outside Canada, virtual businesses without an Canadian presence, or businesses using false or misleading Canadian addresses are not eligible for listing.
BizWin reserves the right to request additional verification where necessary.
5. User Content
You are solely responsible for all information, images, logos, descriptions and other material ("Content") that you submit.
By submitting Content you:
- warrant that you own or have permission to use the Content;
- grant BizWin Canada a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, modify and publish the Content for the purpose of operating and promoting the directory;
- warrant that the Content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
6. Editorial Standards
BizWin Canada is a curated business directory rather than an automated listing platform.
To maintain consistency, quality and usability, BizWin reserves the right to:
- correct spelling and grammar;
- improve formatting;
- resize or optimise images;
- standardise listing presentation;
- edit descriptions for clarity while preserving their intended meaning;
- remove excessive promotional wording or keyword stuffing.
These editorial changes do not alter ownership of your Content.
7. Business Descriptions
Business descriptions should accurately describe your products and services.
To maintain readability and consistency:
- descriptions must not contain misleading information;
- keyword stuffing is not permitted;
- excessive promotional language may be edited;
- free listings may contain a maximum of one (1) external website link within the business description.
BizWin reserves the right to remove or edit excessive links while preserving the overall meaning of the submitted content.
8. Logos and Images
Businesses are encouraged to upload a high-quality square logo.
Where:
- no logo is supplied;
- the uploaded logo is unsuitable;
- the logo is of poor quality;
- the logo does not meet our display requirements,
BizWin may obtain an appropriate logo from the business's publicly available website and optimise it for display.
Logos and images may be resized, cropped or reformatted to maintain a consistent presentation throughout the directory.
9. Listing Approval
All listings are subject to editorial review.
Submission of a listing does not guarantee publication.
BizWin reserves the right to:
- approve;
- edit;
- decline;
- suspend;
- remove;
- merge duplicate listings
at our sole discretion.
10. Prohibited Listings
BizWin Canada does not accept listings relating to, including but not limited to:
- adult entertainment or adult services;
- escort services;
- gambling or betting services;
- cryptocurrency scams or fraudulent investment schemes;
- pyramid or Ponzi schemes;
- illegal products or services;
- counterfeit goods;
- businesses promoting hate speech or discrimination;
- businesses operating unlawfully under Canadian law;
- any business that may damage the integrity or reputation of BizWin Canada.
We reserve the right to remove any listing that we reasonably believe falls within these categories.
11. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not:
- submit false or misleading information;
- impersonate another business;
- upload malicious software;
- attempt to interfere with the operation of the website;
- copy or scrape directory content without permission;
- use automated systems to submit listings or spam the platform.
12. Listing Accuracy
Businesses are responsible for ensuring their listing remains accurate and up to date.
BizWin is not responsible for outdated information supplied by listing owners.
13. AI-Generated Content
AI-assisted content is permitted provided that:
- it accurately represents the business;
- it is not misleading;
- it complies with these Terms.
The business submitting the listing remains fully responsible for all content regardless of how it was created.
14. Intellectual Property
All BizWin branding, logos, website design, graphics and original content remain the intellectual property of BizWin Canada unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute or republish our content without prior written permission.
15. Privacy
We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian privacy legislation.
By using the Service you consent to our collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
16. Payments
Where paid services are offered:
- all prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CUD);
- payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment providers;
- fees are payable at the beginning of each billing period unless otherwise stated;
- fees are generally non-refundable except where required under Canadian Consumer Law.
17. Suspension and Termination
You may request deletion of your account or listing at any time.

20. Indemnity
